The person behind Equine Talent
Joanne Wesloske, known as JoJo, is the creator and owner of Equine Talent. Her published account connects her design experience with a lifelong involvement in horses. The marketplace’s stated purpose is to make professional advertising more affordable for the western performance horse community.
What experience does Joanne describe?
Joanne grew up around family horses and learned with her cousin Terry. Her Arabian schoolmaster Freddie helped her learn quiet hands, leg aids, and a balanced seat. Later she rode and showed Sail Win Dude, called Junior, with instruction from Mavis Garber. Her story includes personal memories of Dale Wilkinson and Bill Horn, and a return to riding with Francis Mercier.
How does that experience shape the site?
Equine Talent brings design and riding experience together around clearer advertising, useful questions, and community relationships. Joanne’s story explains that perspective. It is a founder’s personal account, rather than a veterinary qualification, an appraisal credential, or proof that future listings have been independently checked.
The experience behind our perspective
“Mavis taught Junior how to Rein and Junior taught me how to ride.” Joanne’s description of that partnership appears in her founder story, alongside family photographs and memories of the people who influenced her.
